WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR MENTOR (part1)
WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW THE VALUE OF YOUR MENTOR (part1)
Friday as a good mentors never took his roles of mentorship to Ezechi lightly. He feel investing in the success of his boy (Ezechi) as usually, all it requires for someone to be a mentor is knowledgeable, compassionate, and possesses good attributes of it. Friday Osanebi has excellent communication skills which is also required. Friday Osanebi was so committed to helping Nnamdi Ezechi find success and gratification in his professions. To my understaing, a good mentoring requires empowering their loyalist to develop their own strengths, beliefs, and personal attributes and all this Nnamdi Ezechi benefited.
Osanebi also exhibits the personal attributes it takes to be successful in the business of mentoring by showing Nnamdi what it takes to be productive and successful.
Osanebi has demonstrated the specific behaviours and actions required to make Nnamdi a successful person. Ndokwa east is made up of so many leader with strong opportunity of growing others but none find it interesting until Osanebi decided to show forth the hidden potential in Ezechi by draw him close among all.
My question before i continue, is it not important that Nnamdi Ezechi always treat his mentor (Friday Osanebi) with the utmost professionalism.?
Secondly, was every one lucky enough to find a mentor like Friday Osanebi ? and if not, is it important for Ezechi to have hold on tight as a boy that he is to Friday Osanebi, and take the relationship seriously instead of taking it for granted?
Thirdly, where were all this set of leaders Nnamdi valued now when he was living in a room and parlor before Friday brought him into light?
Forth question, Does Nnamdi Ezechi understand what Proverb 17:13 mean by "Evil will never leave the house of a man who pays back evil for good".?
Fifth the last, Does Nnamdi Ezechi realise that those jumping around with him now did same when Rt Hon Imegwu was a member representing Ndokwa East at the state house of assembly, same with Rt Hon Friday Osanebi but later betrayed? Is it not obvious he will soon be betrayed and if they do, what will be his political stand?
Conclusively, I think the leaders parading Nnamdi Ezechi should have told him about the zoning system of State House of Assembly coming back to Constituency 2 after 3 term of Rt Hon Friday Osanebi and that alone will draw his attention to his failed plans.
