DELTA NORTH  SENATE CASE: NED NWOKO HEADS TO SUPREME COURT It will be recalled that the Federal High Court  Abuja on April 3rd 2019, declared Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko winner of the  Delta North Senatorial District primary election. In the celebrated judgement,  the presiding Judge, A.R. Mohammed had ruled in favour of Hon. Nwoko with a clear declaration that Senator Peter Nwaoboshi was not validly  nominated as the PDP senatorial candidate for Delta North.
