DELTA NORTH  SENATE CASE: NED NWOKO HEADS TO SUPREME COURT It will be recalled that the Federal High Court  Abuja on April 3rd 2019, declared Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko winner of the  Delta North Senatorial District primary election. In the celebrated judgement,  the presiding Judge, A.R. Mohammed had ruled in favour of Hon. Nwoko with a clear declaration that Senator Peter Nwaoboshi was not validly  nominated as the PDP senatorial candidate for Delta North. This prompted the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to issue a Certificate of Return to Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko as the authentic winner of the election. The Federal High Court judgement and the Certificate of Return had since elicited widespread public acclamation as Prince Ned Nwoko was generally believed to have won the election. Today is World Tourism day with the Theme for this year as Tourism and Rural Development This celebrates the unique role that Tourism plays in providing opportunities, outside of big cities and preserve Cultural and Natural Heritage all around the world. DR NED NWOKO EXTOLLED FOR BEING A CHAMPION OF TOURISM, BAGS MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD Prince (Dr) Ned Nwoko has emerged the "Man of the Year for 2019". The award was conferred on him by Abuja Reporters Newspaper as the high point of the celebration of their third year Anniversary. The event took place at the Barcelona Hotels, Wuse 2, Abuja. Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Bamidele Ogundana, the Chief Executive and publisher of Abuja Reporters Newspaper explained that Dr. Ned Nwoko clinched the award principally due to his patriotic efforts in securing the Paris Club refunds for his fatherland.
