CHIEF FESTUS OCHONOGOR INSPECTS THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROPOSED 6 STOREY HIGH COURT COMPLEX IN ASABA

Chief Festus Ochonogor inspects the construction of Proposed 6 Storey High Court Complex in Asaba

Today the Delta State Honourable Commissioner for Housing Chief Festus Ochonogor inspects the Construction of Proposed 6 Storey High Court Complex in Asaba.

The inspection was to ascertain the level of work done so far and the quality of execution.

During the inspection, the Commissioner was amazed with the quality and the speedy of construction.

He enjoined the contractor Ladisgold Project LTD not to betray the confidence reposed in some of them executing building projects for the State Government. The Commissioner also promised to visit the site regularly with a view to ensuring that the project is completed and commissioned before the end of Governor Okowa Second Term in Office.

He remarked that the recent upward review of the contract sum by the State Executive Council was to achieve a befitting High Court Complex for the State Judiciary. The State Government is to spend additional 1 Billion Naira on the Project, bring the total contract sum of roughly 3.2 Billion Naira inclusive of the consultancy fees.
