DR NED NWOKO EXTOLLED FOR BEING A CHAMPION OF TOURISM, BAGS MAN OF THE YEAR AWARD

Prince (Dr) Ned Nwoko has emerged the "Man of the Year for 2019".
The award was conferred on him by Abuja Reporters Newspaper as the high point of the celebration of their third year Anniversary. The event took place at the Barcelona Hotels, Wuse 2, Abuja.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Bamidele Ogundana, the Chief Executive and publisher of Abuja Reporters Newspaper explained that Dr. Ned Nwoko clinched the award principally due to his patriotic efforts in securing the Paris Club refunds for his fatherland.

He also stated that
'...If there is any big player today in the tourism sector in Nigeria, the person must be queuing behind Prince Ned Nwoko'.
He extolled Prince Ned Nwoko as an international lawyer who does not just love tourism but also sports. 'He owns the famous Mount Ned Resort located in his Delta State home. The 10billion Naira investment comprises of various tourist attractions that will make many want to come over and over again. Virtually everything you eat from fruits to protein are all from the farm which employs hundred of people.

'Also, he initiated a Sports University, the first of its kind in West Africa. His home in Idumuje Ugboko is like a big camp where people feast everyday of the year when he is around. He never shuts his doors. He is reputed to offer people food before asking why you have come. This is how his people describes him. He is our Man of the Year", he added.

Conferring the award, Prince Sunny Ukachukwu, Director Primus International Super Specialist Hospital added that truly Prince Dr. Ned Nwoko is an ICON who believes in socio economic viability of the Nigerian tourism sector.
Receiving the award on behalf of the STAR Prince of Anioma (as he is usually called by his supporters) Otunba Nosike Ogbùènyi, Chairman Immaculate Image Limited said "The STAR Prince is worthy of emulation and that Nigeria has great potentials in diverse sectors especially tourism. He hailed Prince Ned Nwoko as a man of great vision adding that he has done more than any other person for tourism development in the country.

HIV SURGE IN DELTA: GOVT COMMITS N100M TO FIGHT SPREAD, TREATMENT. *No Advertising Charges On HIV/AIDS Campaigns In State Government-Owned Media Houses, *Laws Against Stigmatization And Victimization Of HIV Patients To Be Promulgated Soon. The 2017 Ugboko terrorism was  an act of hate and wickedness,   what is required now is real leadership and it could only be achieved by addressing justice.
