Decamping is not a new thing but becomes an overwhelming thing when it happens unusually.

Hearing that Hon Charles Emetulu has emerges as the Sole candidate of PDP for DTHA, majority of the people of Ndokwa West now pitch their tents around. Over 30 different pressure group in view and in total working support for Hon Charles Emetulu.

So many members mostly from the APC failing party are on a daily basis revamping to PDP under the castle of Hon Charles Emetulu.

It's happening so.
It would've been a SUPRISE rather if it's not happening like this because Hon Charles Emetulu has positively affected the lives of many and wherever they are they keep throwing their support for him.

My people mostly those remaining in the failing APC party, come home to true democracy.... Join the movement to better Ndokwa West. The Light has come. Wake up to this reality. Emetulu is a Goal.

If not for the honesty and Transparency of Hon Charles Emetulu, such as it is happening today wouldn't have taken place.

HIV SURGE IN DELTA: GOVT COMMITS N100M TO FIGHT SPREAD, TREATMENT. *No Advertising Charges On HIV/AIDS Campaigns In State Government-Owned Media Houses, *Laws Against Stigmatization And Victimization Of HIV Patients To Be Promulgated Soon. Delta Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, said the state government would commit N100 million to fight the spread of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in the state. The governor made this known at the launch of HIV SURGE in Asaba on Thursday. He urged that all hands must be on deck to check the HIV scourge, and warned that nobody should collect fees of any kind on HIV cases. He also directed the state government-owned media houses not to collect any fee for HIV-related campaigns. The 2017 Ugboko terrorism was  an act of hate and wickedness,   what is required now is real leadership and it could only be achieved by addressing justice.
