Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, the Governor of Delta State for his quick and proactive actions, taken so far to halt the spread of the deadly COVID-19 in the State. Dr. Nwoko, who was reacting to the third broadcast of the Governor, yesterday 26th March, described the broadcast as electrifying, proactive and another humane step taken by the Governor to protect all residents of the State from the deadly Covid-19 pandemic.
