The embattled Senator representing Delta North Senatorial district  Peter Nwaobosi who  was recently replaced by Hon.Dr. Prince Ned Nwoko following  a  Federal High Court Judgement of 3rd April, 2019 was detained by the code of conduct bureau on Friday 26th April, 2019. According to a impeccable source who pleaded anonymity,  Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi was detained and grilled for many hours over non declaration of 3 bank accounts with  millions of alleged  stolen funds  as well as assets in different parts of the Country.
