The international legal luminary and Chairman Project Tourism Nigeria, Hon Prince (Dr) Ned Munir Nwoko, NMN, has expressed shock and sadness over the news of the transition to eternity of Sir Anthony Chuks Obuh.
The Delta North flamboyant philanthropists, who was reacting to the news of the passing on of the retired super permanent secretary, described the late Sir Anthony Chuks Obuh as a dependable ally, a quintessential gentle and a consummate technocrat, whose presence will be missed by not only his immediate family, friends and associates but by the entire Delta State.
